Before Registering

I have reviewed the college's admission requirements. I understand that tuition, fees, textbooks, and deadlines are my responsibility unless otherwise stated. I understand that grades earned in dual enrollment become part of my permanent high school and college transcripts. I have reviewed the college academic calendar. I understand that college courses may follow different attendance, grading, and withdrawal policies than Temple Christian Academy.

Course Approval Request

Students MUST receive approval from Temple Christian Academy BEFORE registering for any dual enrollment course.
For each course list:

*Corresponding High School Course

Read and mark each as acknowledgement of understanding.

Verification before enrolling:

I have met with the high school counselor/administrator. The high school has verified that each college course will satisfy my graduation requirements. The high school has verified that the course fits my graduation plan. I understand that if I register for a course without prior approval, the course may not count toward my high school graduation requirements.

Graduation Planning- I understand that:

Dual enrollment courses must fit within my graduation plan. College advisors do not determine high school graduation requirements. It is my responsibility to obtain written approval from Temple Christian Academy before registering.

Registration- After receiving approval:

Register with the college. Submit my college schedule to Temple Christian Academy. Notify the high school immediately if I add, drop, or withdraw from a course. Submit final college transcript after grades are posted. Understand that many colleges will not accept / give transfer credit for grades below a C in a dual credit course.

Student Agreement

I understand that I am responsible for communicating with both the college and Temple Christian Academy and for ensuring that all approved courses meet graduation requirements.
